Your room:

You have a room for yourself, with your own sanitary (shower, toilet, sink) optionally complete equipped with flat screen, box spring, study/ work area, lighting and carpeting. Furthermore all facilities are present: internet, bicycle parking, common room(s), fully equipped kitchen, wash- dry and ironing possibilities, a regular cleaning service and all prevention and safety.

The rent you pay contains a marked based charge for service.

You out, a successor in:

Are you finishing your studies or are you just leaving your room? Then the tenants association will find a successor together with you. As the other residents agree with the chosen successor moving in, then this will take place. Then the new tenant or his parents will also invest and receive their money back after the end of the study. So you also have a say of who moves in the house.

Household rules and regulations:

Together with the other students you form a tenants association, meaning that you have to stick to the house rules, to ensure that the apartment and the common rooms stay clean and habitable. Next to this there will be a cleaning service for the common rooms.
